The certification is determined by anonymous team member survey responses, and over 10,000 companies from 60 countries apply each year. This year, 100% of our team members said KODA is a great place to work! This is compared to the U.S. average of 57%. For the fifth consecutive year, KODA Technologies made the Best Places to Work® list by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce. The awards ceremony took place on May 14 at the Von Braun Center. Winners are selected based on comprehensive feedback from team members, reflecting their satisfaction and engagement.

The Best Place for Working Parents award recognizes businesses that effectively support working parents through a combination of company policies, practices, and benefits. Qualifying companies take an assessment that measures those family-friendly policies that also have research-proven benefits to a company’s bottom line. 2024 is the second year in a row we have received this recognition. KODA remains committed to cultivating a work environment that has proven to be a flexible and reliable place for working parents to thrive!

On Tuesday, May 9, with over 800 people in attendance, the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce announced the Bronze, Silver, and Gold winners of the 2023 Best Places to Work® Awards. KODA competed against 23 other organizations in the medium business category which included companies with 51-100 team members. KODA ranked #1 in this division to bring home the GOLD for the fourth year straight! KODA is proud to be a people-first company and believes our team members make KODA the best place to work!

For the third straight year, KODA brought home the GOLD at the Best Places to Work® Awards for Huntsville/Madison County! After competing in the small business category for the past two years, company growth pushed KODA to the medium business bracket where they ranked #1 out of 22 businesses. This honor is based purely on results from team member surveys- results that executive leaders view as their “report card.” KODA is grateful for this award and is dedicated to preserving our positive work culture and prioritizing our people always!

For the second year in a row, KODA was named the GOLD winner of the Best Places to Work Award! Best Places to Work recognizes the best workplaces across the county, and results are based on team member surveys. The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce made the award to KODA on October 25, 2021 at a luncheon with all of the contender companies. Out of 21 companies in the small business category, KODA was named the winner! KODA’s leadership is committed to living up to this award every single day!
